Do you charge a fee for the examinations?
There is no examination difference fee for our patients with official assurance (SSK, Bağ-Kur, Pension Fund, Civil Servants and Municipal Employees).
To whom should we report our suggestions and complaints in your hospital?
You can forward all your suggestions and complaints to our 'Patient Rights' unit orally or in writing. You can send your comments and suggestions to us through your wishes and suggestions link on our WEB site and through the patient opinion and suggestion boxes located in certain areas of our hospital. All suggestions and complaints are evaluated by our team to evaluate the opinions of the patients / relatives.
Want to be examined at your hospital? What should I do?
Our patients who want to be examined in our hospital can start their operations when they arrive or they can benefit from our services by making an appointment in advance to the department they want to be examined.
Pre-appointment system makes it easy for you not to be kept waiting and for your transactions to proceed quickly. Our appointment patients will be given T.C. identity cards can be completed with the help of identity cards. To make an appointment, you can call us at 182 or you can make an appointment at hastanerandevu.gov.tr.
