DUTIES OF THE STAFF UNIT
1 - He / she conducts all kinds of correspondence of the hospital personnel about the personnel. (Annual leave, congress permit, foreign leave, property declarations, promotion, starting and leaving the job, unpaid leave, temporary duty, retirement, resignation, etc.)
2 - Carries out the correspondence of the general writings coming in and out of the institution.
3 - It stores all the operations by filing. It provides the preservation of the personnel's personal file.
4 - Carries out all the personnel related to the discipline.
5 - Carries out contract renewal and other correspondence of contracted personnel working in accordance with Article 4 / B of the Civil Servants Law No. 657.
6 - Revolving Fund makes monthly notification of the leave periods of the personnel to the trusteeship unit as a basis for additional payment and works in coordination with other units.
