Our hospital is established on some boards in our board of doctors who are specialized in the examinations of the outpatient clinics. Applications made to the unit are checked in computer environment. The rest of the inpatients in the wards, medication and / or medical consumables are required to be referred to the referral paper or report card by the clinician at rest periods, drugs and / or medical equipment is written and referred to the health committee. People apply with five passport photos. Reports on drug intake, consumables to be used in surgeries, health-related device (hearing aid, blood glucose meter, material report, etc.) are delivered to the Report Pen.
On the same day, registration is made. A day later, if there is signed by three doctors from the same specialty, otherwise by three doctors from close specialties, it is given to the right holder or relatives after approval. The reports given by the single physician are recorded in the Report Record Book in the Report Item and are given to the right holder after receiving the number. The reports to be submitted by the Health Board (reports on all kinds of disability, health reports for the acquisition of arms permits, reports that state the health status to be provided by the delegation, resting reports exceeding twenty days) shall enter the committee every day of the week. The decision of the committee shall be written by the report item as a report. It is given to the right holder or relatives after the signature and approval process.
