According to the legislation of inpatient treatment institutions, gathering statistical data showing all the studies of the institution, organizing the control labor, preparing the official studies and correspondence related to these, sending them to the Health Directorate and Ministry of Health by e-mail, cover letter and fax when necessary and to the clinics and managers. to give information about the work done.
Statistical Unit Studies
1. To inform the Department of Infectious Diseases of the Directorate of Health on the same day of the obligatory disease forms notified to the Statistical Unit,
2. Preparing surveillance forms daily,
3. To collect information about the medical statistics of the hospital,
4. To keep and archive all necessary records related to the unit.
5. To ensure coordination with other units for the regular conduct of the studies.
6. To carry out the necessary studies in line with the requests of the Ministry of Health, Health Directorate and other units in the hospital,
7. To prepare all official statistics in monthly, three, six and annual periods,
8. To participate in the training activities in the hospital,
