1.   To determine the qualifications of personnel working in areas such as cleaning, catering, security, laundry, patient reception.
2.   To manage and control the training programs of the personnel working with service procurement.
3.   Providing health hotel services in order to increase patient and employee satisfaction (cleaning, catering, canteen, welcome, valet, security, etc. services).
4.   To determine the properties of materials, equipment and devices to be used within the scope of hotel services, to inform and control the relevant units in order to be available in sufficient amounts and when necessary.
5.   Regarding the task area; to check whether the works done with service procurement are carried out in accordance with the technical specifications.
6.   To cooperate with the related units in order to ensure patient and employee safety.
7.   To ensure the implementation, continuity and development of the quality standards determined by the Ministry and the Authority.
8.   Preparing work instructions that should be done by the personnel working with the service procurement periodically, to ensure the implementation, to follow the working conditions and rights.
9.   To follow up the regulations of all health facilities (Car Park, Square, Park, Garden etc.) of the health facility.
10. To ensure that all indoor arrangements of the health facility are ergonomically arranged in accordance with quality standards.
11. Environmental stimuli such as sound level, light, temperature, ventilation to stimulate the relevant units to make them suitable.
12. Dining presentation hours, companion and visitor applications to plan.
13. Provide laundry services in an appropriate manner.
14. To plan mother hotels in hospitals with neonatal intensive care units and to ensure continuity of service in line with the standards set in mother hotels.
15. Health facility established or will be established in accordance with the standards to provide escort service hotels.
16. To carry out studies for efficient use of resources related to the task area.
17. Providing the supervision and evaluation of the execution of the services in cooperation and harmony with other related units.
18. To carry out research and development activities in the field in line with the policies of the Ministry of Health.
19. Has other duties assigned by the hospital manager.
