There are 2 training nurses working in our unit and they are working within the framework of the In-Service Training Circular and Training Procedure of the Ministry of Health. Unit training issues are determined in accordance with the requests received from the Ministry of Health, Provincial Health Directorate and Chief Physician and the training requests received from the Quality Council and Management Review meetings, and requests received from all unit officers or persons during the year with the help of the Training Needs Form. In addition, hospital employees are informed about the needs arising from the newly purchased / leased devices and technological developments and changes in the legislation. Training topics are grouped under 9 main headings. These include personal development training, management quality training, continuous medical training, orientation training, hospital disaster plan training, patient rights training, baby-friendly hospital training and other training (information meetings, panels, symposiums, etc.). Diabetes and obesity trainings and baby-friendly trainings are carried out as public trainings.

    Before and after the training, if any, related to the effectiveness of the measurement method is applied. During the training, training registration form is signed for the participants. The same form is signed by the trainer after the training. After the training, if any, the application about the measurement of the effectiveness of training is applied. At the end of the training, participants are asked to fill out the training evaluation form. The results are recorded. After the training, the information in the training registration form is processed into personal files on computer.

Following the completion of the training, the initiator and assignment letters made to the units or persons by the coordinator, a copy of the training notes if the instructor deems appropriate, In-Service Training Program Presentation Form, In-Service Training Meetings Evaluation Form, Training Evaluation Form, Training Registration Form, Training Activity The training file is completed with the Measurement Form. It is archived in computer environment and files. If the trainings to be applied to patients and their relatives are planned and applied outside the training unit, records such as participant identification training day and time, participant lists are kept by the related unit. The monthly work report is submitted to the quality improvement unit at the end of each month. In addition, work reports are submitted to the head physician and quality improvement team in 3-month periods. The 3-month Ministry of Health in-service training evaluation form is sent to the provincial health directorate.
